FNB Protea gardens branch

I visited Fnb protea gardens branch this afternoon to update my proof of address. When I walked in the branch, nobody was there to assist and I used the queueing machine to receive my receipt which was no 74. I was surprised when people were just skipping the queue without receipts. When I asked the manager, he just brushed me off and said I must go the back of the line because the receipts "do not work". Why wasn't there someone from the bank to inform me instead of wasting my time seated, waiting to be served and leaving without being assisted. This is the most atrocious service from any Fnb branch I've ever visited.
