FNB Property Private Sale

FNB has introduced a platform to allow private sellers to market their properties, I have since listed my property and it has not gone Live in 2 weeks. When I tried to follow up they referred me to the Quick sale option which is definitely not related to what the private sale is about on Nav>Home>Private Sale. It seems like their agents are not even fami**** with how this works.
