FNB property insurance is a ****

FNB bank has disappointed me so bad Had a property insurance with them as my bond is financed by them. I claimed for my roof and ceiling that fell due to a storm. They rejected my claim leaving me stranded not knowing how I'll fix my house because I don't have the money. Was relying on my policy cover but they dumped me when I needed them most. I'm so stressed coz I still owe the bond on this house and this useless bank is financing it. I really don't know where to from here
