FNB PROOF OF PAYMENT FROM CLAIM DEPARTMENT

So the consultant phoned me on Friday and said he will speak with Finance department and come back to me on Monday but yet no one came.I am waiting for a week then I will take FNB to The Ombudsman of banking service I have already lodged complaint to the Fnb complaint department but ye there are not helpful.As the ombudsman said i must get response from the bank dispute department they are not willing to do do so i will print all the emails i have been sending them.
