FNB promoting *****

Called FNB to reverse a debit order of R366, I have internet banking which I feel it's safer, they are now forcing me to download their app in order to be assisted.

In January my card was cloned at an FNB ATM, logged a ***** cases with them, till today they have not contacted me.

In December someone was kidnapped and forced to transfer all her money using her app and still at the age of 61 they are forcing me to have an app
