FNB PROMOTING COVID

FNB is living in the stone age, a sim swop can be done on the banking app but FNB east rand mall forces their clients to que in their always slow branch promoting COVID when we can do it digitally,

Instead of just giving their clients a sim they want them to que, for why FNB?

East rand mall branch is really the worst, and if this is policy then i wondwr why FNB is promoting COVID?
