FNB promissed help (COVID19 Releave) Joke!!!

On TV the CEO of FNB promised we help! we are different! I have a Kulula Credit Card (Issued by FNB) normally I paid more in a Month then the Card Limit. This was before COVID19! We lost everything, I need to make an arrangement! I called FNB: No not for Kulula Credit Card! Bad luck can't help you! We can only help with an FNB Card. But this card is from FNB (Admin, issued...) NO we can't help you, you have to give the card back! Done!
