FNB promises with no results
I am extremely upset. I have been trying to resolve a problem of a unknown debit order from Nprsamed. Every time promises are made to resolve this issue but nothing ever happens and every month money gets taken off. I am a single mother and I work hard to keep things afloat. I have been with FNB for years and am so disappointed. This has been my struggle since September and nothing had been resolved.

"Our records indicate that the CREDITOR NAME: ALTECH NUPAY A DIVISION OF ALTRON ABBR NAME: NPRSAMED CONTACT NUMBER: +*** debit order cannot be reversed as it is an authenticated debit order."
If this is the case, why is an unauthorized debit order allowed to take money out of my so-called secure bank account? None of this was authorized, and I have been struggling for months. I want and need my money back. I can not believe that this is even an argument after all this time. This service provider has truly disappointed me, and this is unacceptable. This has happened 6 consecutive times and it is almost R9k that has been debited. I reported it last month and it still allowed the debit order to occur?! I want my money back and I want this debit order cancelled immediately.
