FNB promises to transfer your debit orders when you open an account - well I have been waiting a year

On the 10th of October 2016 I decided to go to change my personal banking from ABSA to FNB due to their promising service and rewards..

I sent through all the documents and they assured me they will transfer my debit orders.

Received my card but my debit orders were not loaded.

Then I app**** for a credit card - I was told that I need to have a permanent work contract - I was on the three months’ probation at that stage.

1 Feb 2017 I sent through my documents required for credit card application - no feedback - 14 Feb I mailed them again **********

Still no feedback..

You can increase the bank costs from R100 - R105 as of 1st July 2017 but it seems you are not capable to assist a client to get load debit orders without going to a branch like you promise.

Absolutely pathetic!
