FNB - Promises made and never kept.

I was contacted by FNB's sales people and spoken into opening a Premier Cheque Account. I did so. 1) I was promised that I can earn E Bucks by using my card with certain "partners", and that 2) I will receive R2000 should I switch my debit orders etc to FNB.

1) Originally an E bucks account reflected on my banking profile when using the App, but no e bucks were accumulating. Thereafter, the ebucks account simply disappeared from my profile. When I log into internet banking, it now says I do not qualify for e-bucks.

2) I filled in a salary switching and debit order switching form, and was primised that when these are filled in FNB will switch my debit orders and salary, and I will receive R2000 cash. As of yet, they claim to have managed to only switch 3 of my debit orders, have asked me to switch my salary (which I did) - Guess what... No R2000 paid into my account as of yet.

Would somebody from FNB please contact me and explain what happened to my ebucks account, and why I have not received that promised R2000.00?

Or is this merely bait to lure in customers and then somewhere there is fine print that excludes a person from the promised rewards?

Good day FNB. The E bucks issue was sorted out. Thank you.

However, with regards to Point 2 above, this money has still not been paid into my account.

I received an email with the reference number ***NF from FNB's contact centre (Tevin from Service recovery) stating that If my salary and debit orders have been switched within the 60 days I will receive payment.

My debit orders have been switched (Those that FNB were unable to have switched I got switched myself). My Salary has been paid into the account (I got it switched myself).

I recently rep**** on that email stating the above and asked that the payment be made asap as quite frankly I could really do with that payment ASAP.

I have as yet not received a reply on that email.

I would GREATLY appreciate it if FNB would be so kind as to make the payment of that R2000 into my account as a matter of urgency, as I do comply with the basic criteria required to receive payment, and I am in need of that money ASAP.

Please assist?

Regards,
