FNB promises great rewards at kevel 5, but then cheats you when it is time to reward you

FNB say that if you spend online at a qualifying partner with your credit card, you can earn up to 2% back in ebucks.

I am on level 5 and use my FNB virtual credit card for my online purchaser at FNB partner Takealot. After calculating my ebucs earned % on my kast two purchases, i am only being rewarded at 0.5%.

I have qualified for ebucks earning, and have jumped all the FNB ebucs rule hoops to maintain highest level 5 earn reward level. Also follow the rules when soending online, yet FNB Ebucjs reward me only as if I was at the lowest kevel 1

My last two online purchases at Takealot was only rewarded at 0.5% when it should have been rewarded at 2%. I hope the FNB day 15% is not also gonna ve treated like this.

Can anyone at FNB tell us why tge promuse us these higher earn rewards for level 5, but then only reward ys at the lowest level 1. Why should I then even bother to trust and believe in yhe FNB ebucks loyalty reward system? Not impressed as a loyal FNB customer to be cheated like this
