FNB - Promises and lies - as usual.

I had ***** on my account in October, was told that an investigation would be done and reversals made. Nothing has been done by FNB, I spent an hour on secure chat on Tuesday and was promised a resolution and feedback by yesterday. Am still waiting. Tried secure chat again today but this service is less than pathetic.

Dont know why Hello Peter is the only way to get service from this useless bank.
