FNB PROFITS OFF COVID19

FNB deserves no stars! Its pointless me explaining my entire story with regards to your COVID19 cash flow relief platform you offer because who ever attends to these Hello Peter complaints is obviously just as rude and useless as your contact center consultants! If any one reads this who is wanting to apply for their relief option, DO NOT! All my debit orders with FNB went off. Not once but twice, in May and at the end of april. So twice in April and twice in May! And ontop of that I am now also owing those amounts to FNB as if those debit orders were paid by them. I dont actually see this really being sorted out but once it actually is sorted out, i swear FNB will never see another million from me! I will undoubtedly be closing my accounts with them as I have already opened ABSA accounts and my funds are as we speak being deposited into ABSA!
