FNB Profiting off Covid 19

There are so many other institutions helping their clients with the current state of affairs, like a percentage cut on premiums or debt holiday etc but with FNB, they are trying to milk their way through this pandemic. My husband is a private wealth client so one of the benefits is a customized interest rate. We now need extra credit to pull us through so we went through the process of a revolving credit loan. The interest on this loan was 25.5%. How is this possible when the repo decreased by 200 basis points. Shouldn't FNB's interest rate decreased as well, it actually increased. 5 weeks in Lockdown and FNB can only offer loans at ridiculous interest rates, no fee holiday or incentive. How many people are in a desperate financial situation, is this FNB's time to profit off them? This was my go to bank always, looks like it's time for a change.
