FNB Profiteers
I sent money via ewallet to a recipient. They did not get a chance to withdraw the money but I was told by FNB that the R200 would be credited back to me within two weeks.
Almost four weeks have now passed and FNB have deducted 20% of that amount as a "fee" but have not credited my original R200.
I wonder how many other FNB clients have experienced this and are they doing this intentionally hoping that we gloss over our transaction statements and not notice their wrong-doing? **************** this is.
Can't understand why they have branches as they just fob your off to telephone banking.

14 Oct 2020, 11:58The problem has not been resolved properly. FNB returned the R200 and then charged me R55 for doing this favour for me. How is charging 25% fee justifiable not too mention it was me having to spend my time to identify this problem and resolve it?
