Fnb products slow service
Opened a business account still waiting for email address where i can mail docs to need account activated asap

05 May 2022, 16:30I have been struggling since yesterday the first person told me to just sign the mandate, then hlubi zililo phoned and told me that the other directors should sign on the last page or initial, then again another gent phoned me they must fully sign and initial last page i told them the urgency for this account which is for a paralyzed girl.... Really fnb please get people that is not just competent but also capable to assist in you business accounts department
