FNB problems

FNB problems. I'm trying to get FNB to lower my bank costs as I am retiring soon. Explained on secure chat, but they do not understand.....offering me a new Credit card! Called them, but after 16 minutes on the phone with music playing, they will get back to me ...which did not happen.....I put the phone down. WHAT MUST I DO TO BE HELPED!!!!!!!!!!!
