Fnb probably the worst bank to bank with
If I could give no stars I would. So FNB takes money from my one account and transfers it to my credit card without my permission even though I make payments to my credit card every month diligently. This is theft, ***** and miss management of funds. You will be hearing from my lawyers. Well done Fnb for being the worst bank I have banked with. I will also be moving my buisness account away from you. And please don't write under this post that you have fixed the matter because you have not.

07 Aug 2020, 09:46I was told the funds would be reversed as well as all the negative penalties incurred due to Debit orders not being able to run because you took funds from one account and transfered to another account without my permission. Yet nothing has been done and the account is still in the red. Does FNB now make phone calls and make promises but do not up hold your agreement I.e. Lying?

08 Aug 2020, 17:41So day 3 and my money is still not returned. Was called yesterday about the my 2md hello Peter complaint and. Nothing again. Does FNB like *****? Theft? And miss management of funds. And now lying apparently. They contact you like they will fix it and then nothing. Not acceptable. I am now going to make this as public as possible. You have caused alot Of hardship in my life for the last 3 days as I have no money even after you promised you would reverse it. I keep Getting called. By other companies for thier debit order and I look like the bad one, yet it is fnb who is the bad person. This is deformation of character as I always pay all my bills on time.
