FNB Prmier banking do not care about their clients
I raised a complaint with FNB Premier Banking on 23 Feb (acknowledged via email) regarding an irregular monthly account fee debited to my FNB Encore account - I maintain the minimum required credit balance in my account at all times in terms of my official agreement with FNB in order not to be charged a monthly account fee. Despite a number of further email requests, I have had absolutely no response from FNB Premier Banking regarding this issue. I shall appreciate urgent feedback.
