Heres and example

I have been with Private wealth for more then 10 years but have never been assisted or helped by anyone from private suite they never call you or return your calls.

I have been trying to cancel this service for 5 years now, i have neen to several branches in the past 5 years to cancel it with no joy because they say it needs to be escalated to private suite and obviously no1 does anything there but take yout account fees of 450 per month

Last month i went into Killarney mall and was assisted by the manager of the branch sibusiso and after being in branch for 4 hours he managed to downgrade one of my accounts to an aspire account i did request for two accounts to be downgraded, by here is the thing....

He was able to see all my request for 3 years on the system that i had gone into several branches to try cancel it hence he assisted till no end.

Private wealth and private clients called after my hello Peter link and said they were unable to see anything on the system?

Do they have there own non existing system perhaps? Or is it a denial tactic ?

They offered me R3025 rand good will after charging me nearly R30 000 rand since my 1st request of cancelation which can be seen on there system and was seen by sibusiso in branch and the call center agent.

How can they offer me nothing and try paint themselves in a good light by saying good will not we didn't do our jobs for 5 years so here a 3025 apology....

I asked for this joke of an offer to be sent in writing and nothing has come yet...
