FNB PRIVATE WEALTH - YOU PAY FOR AN ACCOUNT AND DONT GET THE BENEFITS!! PATHETIC!!!!

I have a Private Wealth Account for almost 10 years now. In-between I had to go through a Debt Review Process but always kept my account in best standing order. I finished Debt Review and they company i worked through have sent my Clearance certificates, paid up letters and everything to FNB. I have followed up NUMEROUS times via Phone Calls and sending my documents to FNB Private Wealth and the Debt Review Department. I have made so many calls, holding of EVER, the phone goes off, and then i phone again, holding on again, paying for MORE airtime. So...today i have reached my limit of how much more i can stomach from this company. I pay SO MUCH every month to have the account and I dont get the benefits...this sounds like them charging me for something i dont get...this sounds like *****!!! So if somebody in a POSITION TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO MY STRUGGLE with this *********** company dont call me by the end of today ( 28 January 2021) , I will make sure everybody on every social platform knows about this incompetence, and also move my account and all my money to a bank that actually appreciates the business i bring. SOOOO Done with this useless way of trying to get what i pay for.
