FNB Private Wealth won't call you - at all

It seems FNB Private Wealth is not a place which is looking to assist someone in signing up for the account.

I have been contacting the bank from 05 July 2023 and it only sends an automated sms (within 1 minute) saying FNB :) We have been trying to contact you regarding your application. Please call us on ***. Ref no. SI*** & SI***.

They never called me.

I decided to call them and the guy told me no definitely expect a call. Guess what?

I am still waiting.
