Fnb private wealth where bankers do not motivate or fight for there clients! Just another number in the system!

I have a fnb private wealth fusion acc and have noticed that if your banker says he will refer to credit you will never hear anything back! Nothing! Surely if you apply for a revolving facility and the app declines and your banker says he will ask credit why at least expect feedback! You will not get any! Same with buying a car! I had no help being a private bank customer and was the worse service I ever had! Wesbank or fnb gave me no feedback for a week! Crazy! Went to absa and my private banker there arrange the finance and in 24 hours I signed for my car no probs while fnb still no feedback! My question why do fnb have a private bankers where the customer must do all himself anyway?? Why do your banker ref things to credit and tells you will have answer in max 2 days and you never get any answers? Why do fnb have all this pre selected things on the app when they know 99% of the things they won't approve anyway? Why do wesbank pre selected me for a big amount and when you want to buy a car you get no service or as a private client you have to do all yourself? Why do absa private bankers motivate things when a customer wants something and with fnb the banker just ref things?? Then you can just aswell have no banker!! Now I will get an email saying how important my hello Peter complain is and someone will phone and nothing will change anyway!! Pls don't make any effort to phone me cause I know the end result! All that the banker can do I can do myself it seems! If I was a private banker and my clients gets decline or wants something I would have been on credit case all day long and wanted answers and see what I can do exct! That is how it should be ! Of my pvt client buys from another bank a car or house I would not be happy cause why didn't he buy from my bank?? I guess being in the private sector you operate different from being a big corporate business like fnb! To many clients and service declines! At fnb being a private client is no better than having a normal savings acc!
