FNB Private Wealth - What a joke!

I'm a private wealth client, I can't remember when last I could actually get hold of my banker.

I call, nothing! I whatsap, nothing! I email, nothing!

But (big but) I get sales emails from her (good going on you!).

Absolutely disturbing how the promise of personal service can be so incredibly horrible!
