FNB Private Wealth - What a JOKE

FNB Private Wealth - Where to start.

I am paying for a service and a private banker who does nothing but gives me excuses. They do as they please and when you have a query all they do is tell you that they will get back to you which they don't.

I app**** for a COVID loan through FNB last year which was supposed to be a 39 month contract and now after paying it for 11 months they got back and said that the term has changed to 60 months.

The online application shows 39 months and my recent statement sent by Lehlohonolo Moteka on 1 July 2021 shows - Original term is 39 months and the remaining term is 4 years and 2 months (50 months) How could this be possible.

When I queried it with my Personal Banker Zanele Makhubu she mentioned that I signed for a 60 month term without any proof it was a digital confirmation even though the online application showed 39 months and the statement confirms the below.

I have requested for a superior to contact me to have this matter resolved and its been more than a week with excuses. Not sure why I pay for this service if I have to follow-up all the time to see what is happening.

I am now dealing with Kim Hodge and I can not say that the service or the excuses is any better.

Think it is best if I take my business to an Institution that is willing to assist their clients.
