FNB private wealth waste of money

Good day

I am sick and tired of FNB private wealth you pay more than R500 a month to be there but you don’t get near to what you aspected. I am working aboard at the moment and want a new banker because I am not happy with mine at the moment but I just never hear back from FNB. So I want a person to call me and talk to me over the phone or I want to email to a person directly not over secure chat because that people that help you there is not useful at all.
