FNB private wealth useless

on 14 October a double debit went off my account for the same transaction . Getting this money back from FNB has been an upward mission. I have supp**** all the information they asked for . Even involved my private banker who is useless to be rude about it. She never does anything for me and failed to intervene on this issue. Even the complaints resolution was useless. I am at my wits end and about to involve the Ombudsman over R350 (less than my monthly banking fees with Private wealth ) that my bank could have easily resolved. But with all the complaints I see Re; the private banking suite I feel they need to be taught a lesson
