FNB PRIVATE WEALTH SNEAKILY *****ING EXTRA FEES FROM THEIR CLIENTS

I have a private wealth acc with FNB. I pay a flat “ALL INCLUSIVE FEE” for this account. This month they debuted me the flat rate plus extra transaction fees of over R300. I called the wealth centre and was told that the rates had changed as of August this year, yet every month Ive only paid a flat rate. I went online to check the fees to find out he was talking nonsense and the fees had not changed. I am STILL waiting for the promised call I was supposed to receive today. Disgusting service
