fnb private wealth - poor show , embarrassing service level

FNB PRIVATE WEALTH - VERY DISSAPOINTING we pay R550 per month for a poor service. A small regular question about a USD acc and purchase of US SECURITIES has my banker baffled ... doesn't get back to you , no follow up ? it embarrassing.
