FNB private wealth pathetic service

I was offered a private wealth FNB credit card which I received well in time but getting it to be activated has been a mission. What is the use of a card when it is not working ? I called the customer care 3 times and everytime there is a reason a promise for a feedback. I have not recieved a feedback yet as to where my request is. very annoying and frustrating experience so far.
