FNB Private Wealth- pathetic service!
Been a loyal client for years but never seem to get good service. Private Wealth never get back to you and simply ignore your mails. I've complained so many times with no reply. I've even asked to be removed from Private Wealth, and they've not acknowledged nor rep****.

11 Feb 2022, 11:36The only call that I received was from the same Team that has been ignoring me as a client. I have now downgraded from Private to Premier. Private banking is not worth the money. I have not heard from the Premier Banking Team as yet, so FNB is still ignoring me.
I have been getting alot better service from Discovery Bank.
