FNB PRIVATE WEALTH NOT OFFERING A VALUABLE SERVICE

As an FNB Private Client, I beg to differ when FNB says that "every aspect of the Private Client account is purpose-designed to assist a client as they build and manage their wealth. And that the private banker is supported by a key of specialists.

As a long-term and loyal client of FNB bank, I can confirm that FNB has failed me on a personal and as well as business level. As a Private Client, with a good credit score and affordability, they have failed to offer me credit facilities of any sort. I do not even get any support from either the Private nor Business Banker.

I have approached them regarding my queries and all I got were empty promises. Sadly FNB's slogan says "how can we help you?" but they failed dismally to offer me help. Question is, is it good when I bring in money to them and get nothing out that relationship. This is honestly a one sided business relationship.

There is no department that has had the ability to make feel like a valued client neither the Private Wealth nor Business Banking. I would not recommend anyone to do business with FNB judging from my experiences.
