FNB Private Wealth Is the biggest **** known to man

FNB Private wealth banking is the biggest **** known to man! I can NEVER get through to my private banker Wisani. When I do, I always get promised that she will be in contact later with each one of my queries but never get a response. This service deteriorates every single year. How is it possible that FNB hierarchy cannot see how many people are complaining about the same thing and why aren’t they addressing the PATHETIC service in this suite! We have “private bankers” who tell us that they don’t have access to perform certain functions and the customer must call other departments to perform basic banking queries. I’ve been waiting 4 weeks to get a debit order reversal done! Your banking credit scoring system is a joke and constantly declines me for products despite having an excellent credit record. It’s honestly time to move to Investec. This bank is not serious about banking, let alone its customers! Absolute JOKE of a bank!
