FNB Private wealth is terrible

I have been with FNB private wealth for a number of years now, each month my private banker gets changed, I never know who to speak to when I need assistance. in Feb II was promised that things will change, another new private banker, Nayager, Suyodhan, introduced himself to me. I have been trying to get hold of this guy for over a week now and not even once has my attempts to reach out been returned.

Mind you I pay high fees every month just to be a private wealth client

I think it is time to move from FNB, clearly I am paying all these high fees for nothing cos not only am I getting charged for ridiculous things, I never get assistance when I need to
