FNB private wealth is a load of ****

I have been trying to close my account for 3 months to no avail, there was *****ulent activity on my account FNB has taken a long time to reverse now that it’s done I want my account closed which not happening because there is always some kind of fee that I need to pay, this time monthly account fees as well as insufficient fund fees , which obviously is the case as the account is pending ***** investigation. These fees are unfair as this is a fault of FNB. I want this account closed and I am taking this into legal action as I have been trying to get this closed for 3 months to which FNB is not allowing me. The rationale is that there are fees outstanding, this is not the case as I have paid the amounts even though it was not my responsibility, I did so to speed up the process. The account was on a zero balance and I requested it to be closed the advisor is always “in a meeting” or “on leave” this morning it says R5 owing for banking fees, and I received an email saying there is another R465 outstanding, but in the account the this is not reflected. where are these fees coming from and why is it happening only now when I want the account closed, I have screenshots of the zero balances which is going to the lawyers. This will be taken into action as I am sick of the poor service, the empty promises and most of all the financial ****** that are running this bank. I have moved to investec and it’s amazing what they can do, FNB you have lost everything you stand for and I am utterly disgusted with your team.
