FNB Private wealth is a joke

I am absolutely Appalled by the service I have recieved from FNB. I am a private wealth client and I never had any issues with standard bank Wealth and Investment and I believe I made the biggest mistake switching to FNB wealth and investment. The private banker is non existent and when i go to branch and get her contact details (because she did not interact with me since my account got opened) she has a condescending attitude and patronizes me.

I am absolutely disgusted by the treatment of the particular private banker and FNB at large.
