FNB PRIVATE WEALTH- INEFFICIENT *******! Missing Banker !

Petrol cards expired months ago. Two weeks ago I spoke to FNB Private Wealth who indicated that a card would be ordered and delivered. I have not received my card let alone a phone call for two weeks. Fed up of having to call in and re explain story each time. Monthly fee to private wealth and absolute waste. The last time I heard from Ms Sepaane, the private banker was about pricing review. A generic email. Useless. Shocking service.
