FNB private Wealth is very useless. I am closing my account because of this nonsense. I honestly don't know what I am paying for.
Debit order mandates are approved without my authorization and no is able to assist.
You call they send you from one place to another. Call center agents answer but they continue their conversation with someone on their side. So disappointed.
FNB is very useless.

11 Apr 2022, 22:31I received a call from from one of FNBs agent. He said they will investigate and block my the debit order.
A month later Clientele debited my account again end of March and now i will get charged to reverse the debit order AGAIN.
This is nonsense to be honest. What am I paying for really? So disappointed by this pathetic service from FNB private weath.
