FNB Private Wealth Harassment and Prejudice

For the second time in less than 12 months I have been requested to hand in multiple documents for KYC by the EDD department at FNB Private Wealth. My experience is that the EDD department are incommunicative as is my private banker Faisa Trerise. I feel like this is harassment threatening to close my account and not the experience that I expect from being a Private Wealth Client. I have now resubmitted all the requested KYC documents. I would also like to know why I am being targeted in this way and why I am regarded as a High Risk Customer. Both my business and my personal tax profiles are compliant. I would appreciate a call from a senior manager at FNB Private Wealth as I am extremely dissatisfied with this.
