FNB-Private Wealth Fusion worst service

Hi, I had an FNB Private Wealth Fusion , when I a, trying to Contact a banker they never ever lift the phone and just seent message, as you can chat in secure Chat , then what is the use of Private banker?

The amount is debited from my account it shoes in pending, I just want to reverse that transaction which is in pending status. there is no use to have a Private bank, this is my 3rd time with a bad experience with my Bank account.
