FNB private wealth downgrade as not worth R500 a month
i have unauthorized debits from my credit card and FNB has not explained to me why this has been done. the app based chat system is not allowing fnb to contact me telephonically. ive cancelled the R500 a month banking option as i paid more and received worse service. i dont know how they can justify this amount of money to pay for accessing your own money.
