FNB Private Wealth do not have a Private Banker - No help from FNB

I opened a FNB Private Wealth account on 2 Oct 2024 online. Got my cards on 8 Oct 2024 and setup the APP. No calls or mails from my Private Wealth banker up to date. Called Private Bank Suite on 10 Oct 2024 and got Walter D email address. Sent him an email for the home loan debit order changes and calls or emails. Called on 10 Oct 2024 for assistance and nothing comes through from FNB on my APP. Left the issue to change my 3 home loan debit orders to FNB from ABSA. Called Home Loans on 11 Oct 2024, again they sent authentication to the APP and again I do not get anything. Super frustrating and super annoyed. Seems FNB is not worth it but now I will insist to get my additional 0.25% reduction in my interest rates app**** on my debit orders in ABSA as its useless to try move it.
