FNB PRIVATE WEALTH CLIENT- REALLY POOR SHOW

fnb private wealth client acc - service is too poor for words . private suite tel number *** rings for 20 minutes !!! then i get chadli and he keeps me holding for 10 minutes a disputed card transaction , tells me he is looking into it - then just transfers me to Tabiso who asks me the whole story and details AGAIN ??? what a circus ! really .. i pay R500 a month for this service??
