FNB Private Wealth banking is a waste of money

You would think that Private Wealth banking at FNB would provide you with private banker that cares right? or who has the basic s****s? Thats the opposite of the truth. Private Wealth bankers seem to be junior interns and have no interest in their customers relations. 1) I aksed my banker for a very basic repayment calculation, I pay X into my bond and recalc the monthly repayment amount for a 5y old bond, he came back with a new bond at the original purchase price of the property and the remaining loan term, instead of the outstanding amount and the remaining term. 2) I tell my banker I'm buying some investment properties, he gives me two options, just sends the papers to sign with no explination, after I asked him to call me and talk about it, no call ofc. I app**** at Nebank Professional Banking and accepted. 3) I told my banker I'm cancelling my home loan at FNB and he should connect me to the relevant parties to do so, he gave me the wrong number for the home loans department, I must call them to cancel the loan - apparently it's not part of his job presciption to help his customer. So I cancelled my home loan with FNB, to date he hasn't event asked why, how or what.

He's a useless banker in my opinion.
