FNB Private Wealth Banking

It’s a sad day honestly when Private Banking with FNB leave you with a bad taste in your mouth and just mortified at the service levels (or dare I say the sheer lack thereof)….

FNB has this lavish and extravagant building in Menlyn - for servicing your clients !!! I think not … Do better FNB is disputable !!!

Can Anyone recommend a bank, I am thinking of pulling my business completely.

Shame on personnel bankers who have assistants and they promise day after day to call you back and escalate your issue but are so lazy and *********** that to date 2 months later I still have been serviced.
