FNB PRIVATE WEALTH BANK A WORST OF MONEY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

FNB Private Wealth account is just but only a premium expense, for the capitalist and no service delivery if you are black. At Private Banking I had a dedicated known Private Banker, and not at Private Wealth, though paying much more in fees. To make matters worse the details of the always unavailable private banker which shows on my documents/ statements is incorrect. Meaning anyone who would want to confirm my status to my bank would meet a dead end, like I always do. My conclusion, private wealth account is a worst of money, it's as good as smart account. On separate note, I called today, and the consultant put me on hold for more than 15mins and there was no resolve on my issue, which is an issue on its own for another separate post to follow
