The quality of the service provided is atrocious, disgusting.
This bank is useless beyond measure. Their private bankers are so disinterested. Their credit team really does not know what they are doing. In one instance they happy to provide credit, in the next instance they decline application without any valid reason, nor any reason being provided.

27 May 2024, 10:13As expected, nobody called nor is interested in assisting with this query. Your private wealth advisors, lack integrity, by making promises they cannot keep, now even the complaint department as well. Seems this is the new normal for FNB.
