FNB Private Wealth a No Show for their Clients

FNB Private Wealth provides absolutely no service to their members/clients/. The private banker leaves their employment and another is appointed - The new one sends a message, yet the number provided is "only outgoing line" when you try call it. When applying for credit, you still must jump through a 1000 hoops and the bank provides no support.

When calling the call centre you are told the system is down and they cannot help you. The, "please wait and a manager will speak with you" - 27 minutes later, a manager has not been found yet and still listening to some silly music.

"How can we hep you" an absolute farce as a slogan that they should not be allowed to use.
