FNB Private Wealth - a money making scheme for fnb

I am a private wealth fnb cheque account holder but it sounds more fancy than it actually is. FNB charges R120 for every “unpaid item” but the debit never go through. For example, if you don’t have enough funds in a cheque account and another entity tries to run a debit order. Fnb will charge you 120 because they tried to run the debit order. One would think if they atleast tried to hold the overdraft for a day then it’s understandable but they will charge you without even holding the debit order for a Few hours.

Secondly, there’s been multiple times that my account has been incorrectly debited and FNB claims that one can reverse any debit order for any amounts using the APP. However this is never the case because if I try the App always pulls an error.

I have tried to voice my complaints but as always they only interested in the amount of money they can make out of you and nothing else
