FNB Private Wealth

I have been complaining about my banker since 2019 and FNB has not switched my banker or even called to find out what they can do. I have escalated her via the right channels, I’ve personally asked her to change my banker etc. I’m struggling to do simple things like add insurance, cancel insurance, reduce credit etc.
